DWCNewsline 29-10: Division of Workers' Compensation to review physician fee schedule previously posted on DWC forum

The Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) has discovered a potential error in the version of its physician fee schedule draft regulations posted to the online forum for comment yesterday. The proposal has been removed from the forum for review. When the review is complete the proposed draft regulations will be re-posted on the forum for comment, and a notice will be sent to the public.
